Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Procurement & Contracts Specialist to manage complex procurements end-to-end in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You will develop SOWs, lead negotiations, and ensure compliance while coordinating with stakeholders and monitoring contract performance.

The role requires a decade of procurement experience, strong communication, and a track record in both commercial and government contracting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of procurement, sourcing, or contract administration experience.
• Experience managing full procurement lifecycle from acquisition planning through closeout.
• Strong understanding of contract negotiations, solicitation processes, and vendor management.
• Experience supporting both commercial and/or government contracting environments.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Professional procurement or contract management certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex procurements from solicitation through contract closeout.
• Develop and review statements of work, solicitation packages, and procurement documentation.
• Conduct market research and vendor evaluations.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage vendor communications.
• Review bids and proposals for compliance, pricing, and responsiveness.
• Administer awarded contracts, including modifications, performance monitoring, and closeout activities.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, regulations, and internal controls.
• Resolve contract disputes, issues, and vendor performance concerns.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support procurement planning and project execution.
• Maintain accurate contract records and procurement documentation.
