Job summary

Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers is seeking a Contracts & Procurement Manager to ensure regulatory compliance and manage contracts, procurement, and document systems across MLCHC and affiliated entities.

Reporting to the Senior Associate General Counsel, the role oversees negotiation, vendor management, bid solicitations, and risk mitigation to support organizational operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required.
• Juris Doctor or similar advanced degree desirable, but not required.
• 2–3 years of experience in procurement, compliance or risk management within healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, negotiate, and administer contracts and solicitations.
• Serve as main point of contact for all contract requests and management software.
• Manage procurement from needs analysis to vendor contracts and bids.
• Ensure compliance with federal procurement guidelines and policies.
• Support internal and external audits and compliance reviews.
• Oversee RFP/RFQ processes and contract governance.
