Job summary

You will review, interpret, and negotiate vendor contracts, ensuring alignment with legal and operational needs while coordinating with Legal, Supply Chain, and business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate or comparable legal experience preferred.
• Three years of experience reviewing, negotiating, drafting and managing contracts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret agreements, negotiate terms and conditions, and identify potential risks.
• Move vendor contracts through the review and approval process to execution with appropriate signatories.
• Collaborate with Contract Owner, Contract Specialist, and business partners to ensure contract management compliance.
