Mass General Brigham Incorporated invites experienced professionals to join our Supply Chain Management team as a Senior Contract Manager. You will manage a large portfolio of contracts across vendors, focusing on high-value commercial terms that align with organizational objectives and mitigate risk.

Reporting to the Corporate Manager of Non-Clinical Strategic Sourcing, you will drive RFPs, market analyses, negotiations, and contract execution, while mentoring team members and identifying

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic sourcing, commercial contracting, or contract management in healthcare.
• Significant experience negotiating software, SaaS, technology, and data-related agreements.
• Proven track record in RFP execution and supplier consolidation.
• Documented savings achievements and measurable value delivery.
• Strong negotiation skills focused on risk mitigation and enterprise-level vendor management.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate agreements/contracts with vendors to secure favorable terms and market rates.
• Develop strategies to hit contract and savings targets aligned with expense management.
• Deliver savings, risk mitigation, and efficiencies through negotiations.
• Provide guidance to contracts team on development and negotiation of agreements.
• Create and review complex contracts; exercise signature authority for high-value deals.
• Assist in setting goals and objectives for the contracts team.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement savings plans.
• Participate in RFP evaluation, market analyses, and contract execution.
• Support leadership across the organization in developing category and vendor strategy.
