Job summary

Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers seeks a Senior Manager of Grants & Operations to drive grants lifecycle management, financial workflows, and data governance. The role partners with Compliance and Risk Management to ensure audit-ready processes and dashboards for leadership.

The position oversees budgets, SOPs, and KPI reporting while coordinating across departments for programs and major events including the CHI conference.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in grant management, operations, and analytics within non-profit/healthcare.
• Experience leading budgets, revenue analyses, and grant proposals with strong financial reporting.
• Proven ability to develop SOPs, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grant lifecycles, contracts, and funding streams with compliance.
• Lead budget reconciliations, GL analyses, and forecast resource use.
• Design and govern SharePoint architecture and central document repositories.
