Job summary

Aerotek in Hanover, MD is seeking a Contracts Negotiator/Manager to support the finance and legal teams in managing contractual aspects of the business. You will help define policies for negotiation and compliance and guide risk-minimized negotiations with clients.

You will develop and implement contractual relationships through proposal, negotiation, award, administration and closeout phases, ensuring alignment with our business goals and values.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and execute contracts, modifications, teaming agreements and non-disclosure agreements with clients and partners.
• Maintain and update records of all contractual documents and create contract summary documents for easy reference and reporting.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to contracts and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies.
• Develop and implement best practices for contract administration and compliance program and provide training and support to other departments as needed.
• Provide input and advice to finance team in making go/no-go decisions and evaluating contract performance and profitability.
