Job summary

Clēnera, LLC is seeking a Contracts Manager to develop and execute sourcing strategies for service contracts (EPC, O&M, engineering). You will lead supplier selection, negotiations, contract development, and supplier relationship management to deliver cost, quality, risk, and performance objectives.

The role partners with engineering, construction, operations, finance, legal, IT, and executives to ensure procurement decisions support schedules, deliverables, and quality while minimizing risk.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in procurement, sourcing, or contract management.
• 5+ years in renewable energy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn company-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category management strategies across projects and markets.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing events, from requirements to supplier selection.
• Negotiate master service agreements, contracts, and terms to optimize value and risk.
• Lead supplier evaluations, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, finance, and legal stakeholders to align procurement with goals.
