Job summary

Clēnera is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead strategic sourcing, supplier selection, and contract development across EPC, O&M, and engineering services.

You will partner with engineering, construction, finance, legal, and operations to optimize total cost of ownership, reduce risk, and strengthen supplier relationships while delivering value for utility-scale solar and storage projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, finance, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in procurement, sourcing, or contract management, including 5 years in renewable energy.
• Proficiency with MS Office andability to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for service contracts (EPC, O&M, engineering).
• Lead supplier selection, RFIs/RFQs/RFPs, negotiations, and contract development.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive performance, risk, and cost improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, operations, finance, legal, IT, and executives.
• Establish metrics to evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members and ensure alignment with company values.
