Job summary

Panopto is seeking a Contracts Manager to design, review, and scale our global contract infrastructure. You will own the contract lifecycle—from NDAs to commercial agreements—while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Information Security to protect the company and maintain velocity.

You will drive process automation and establish triage patterns within Salesforce to resolve inquiries efficiently, enabling faster deals and reduced cycle times.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial legal agreements (customer software, vendor, partner).
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Finance, and InfoSec to obtain approvals.
• Ability to build structured playbooks for contract processes.
• Experience automating contract workflows to reduce manual effort.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline, and negotiate customer, vendor, and partner agreements.
• Manage legal intake queue and triage patterns in Salesforce.
• Drive contract management automation to streamline initial reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Executive leadership, and InfoSec for approvals during contracts lifecycle.
• Achieve autonomy over intake, triage, and standard redlining of NDAs and vendor agreements.
