Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in San Francisco is seeking a Contracts Manager to build the commercial and legal infrastructure that supports rapid growth and international product launches. You will manage vendor contracts, leases globally, and drive process simplification with AI-enabled tools, collaborating with Legal, Sales Ops, and Operations teams.

You will shape contracting workflows, implement scalable solutions, and help teams move faster while maintaining compliance and strong governance.

Qualifications

5+ years of contracts management experience.
Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with cross-functional teams across business development, marketing, operations, product development, legal, etc.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to independently manage priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Using available AI tools and coordinating with outside counsel to conduct legal diligence in countries where eero intends to launch its products and services.
Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts for eero’s vendor arrangements, and supporting eero in the drafting and negotiation of its leases globally.
Optimizing eero’s existing document management tools – using AI as a preferred solution.
Improving and maintaining eero’s existing simplifications for B2B deal related activity and working directly with eero’s Sales Operations team to do so.
Designing new processes and simplifications for eero’s customer-facing disclosures such as terms of service, limited warranty and privacy notice.
