Job summary

One Eighty Collective is seeking a Contracts Administrator with SaaS experience to own the full lifecycle of customer contracts—SOWs, NDAs, amendments, and renewals. You will partner with Sales to translate pricing and terms through CPQ tools and leverage AI to accelerate drafting and redlining.

The role sits in Sales and Commercial Operations and offers a fully remote, US-based work arrangement with strong benefits and growth opportunities within a PE-backed SaaS environment.

Qualifications

Experience administering contracts, SOWs, and NDAs at a SaaS or software company.
Knowledge of legal contract language and commercial terms.
Experience in procurement or vendor relationship management.

Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle of customer contracts, SOWs, NDAs and amendments.
Coordinate with Sales on CPQ outputs for pricing and terms in contracts.
Leverage AI tools to speed up drafting, review, and redlining workflows.
Maintain an organized, audit-ready repository of commercial docs.
Review vendor agreements and track procurement workflows with customers.
