Loomis US is seeking a skilled paralegal/contracts professional to support its Legal Services department in Houston. The role involves reviewing, negotiating, and drafting service, vendor, real estate, and other contracts, while handling litigation support and contract management tasks.

Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external counsel is essential. The candidate will assist with NDAs, amendments, and research into contracting tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate with corporate legal experience.

Responsibilities

Assist in reviewing, negotiating, and drafting service, vendor, real estate, and other cash-management agreements.
Support litigation matters and contract management processes.
Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and counsel on notices, templates, and approvals.
Maintain contract records and assist with NDAs and amendments.
Support research on contracting tools and process improvements.
