Job summary
Loomis is seeking a seasoned paralegal/contracts professional to support the legal department in reviewing, negotiating, and drafting a range of agreements including service, vendor, and real estate contracts. The role requires interaction with internal and external stakeholders and exposure to litigation support activities.

Qualifications
- College degree with paralegal experience handling corporate legal work.
- Minimum of five years of paralegal or contracts manager experience.
- Experience in transportation or financial services industries is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review, negotiate, and draft service, vendor, real estate, and other cash management agreements.
- Route legal notices and correspondence to internal departments; liaise with stakeholders and counsel.
- Assist with contract amendments and document management; provide litigation support.
- Support negotiation of Non-Disclosure Agreements and respond to legal requests from sales teams.
- Research contracting and contract management tools; provide contractual templates and track disputes.
