Job summary

Nexpera is hiring a Contracts Manager in Houston, TX to own the company’s contracting process and lifecycle management. The role collaborates with Legal, Commercial, Procurement, Operations, and Finance to draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including master services and NDAs, ensuring compliance with policies and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of contract management or related roles.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, administering, and tracking commercial agreements.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, chemicals, energy, or B2B industries.
• Experience administering a CLM platform.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Coordinate reviews with internal stakeholders, legal counsel, and external counterparties.
• Identify risks and raise material issues as appropriate.
• Maintain templates, playbooks, and clause libraries; improve efficiency and visibility.
