Job summary

Dow in Houston, TX is seeking a Paralegal Specialist to provide complex legal support across various practice areas, excluding Litigation. You will independently manage assignments involving multiple entities and stakeholders, applying judgment and attention to detail.

You will draft, review, revise, and redline contracts; negotiate within approved parameters and prepare amendments. You will also support governance, risk and compliance and partner with lawyers and business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, revising, redlining, and negotiating contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, revise, and negotiate contract terms within authorized parameters.
• Maintain accurate contract records and systems.
• Coordinate with lawyers, stakeholders, and business teams.
