VivSoft is hiring a Contracts Manager in Herndon, VA (Hybrid or Remote) to own the contracts lifecycle and shape strategic direction. You will partner with Growth, Delivery, Finance, and HR to manage day-to-day execution, review RFPs, and drive proactive risk management while developing contract tools and processes.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and the ability to translate terms into downstream impact, with a growth-oriented path as VivSoft scales.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing contracts and subcontracts.
• Ability to analyze terms and assess downstream impact.
• Strong communication with cross-functional stakeholders (Growth, Delivery, Finance, HR).
• Experience partnering with Growth, Delivery, and Finance on contract strategy.

• Own day-to-day execution of contracts and subcontracts for Growth, Delivery, Finance, and HR.
• Review RFP terms and conditions, flag risks, manage proposal delivery.
• Provide strategic problem-solving on contractual issues across the organization.
• Lead and coach team members with goal setting and performance reviews.
• Develop and refine contract management tools, templates, and processes.
• Respond to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions.
• Identify risks and propose upstream/downstream contracting solutions.
