Program & Project Management- Contracts (Job ID 1783)

Employment Type: Full Time | Work Hours: 8 Hours | Location: USA | Hybrid: Home + Office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Where you’ll be working

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday weekly).

What you’ll be doing
  • Self‑motivated program and project strategic leader for the VVO Channel Development team, evolving how we manage contracts for leaders and vendor partners.
  • Challenge and re‑engineer conventional business processes, policies, and ways of working that lead to large‑scale transformational change.
  • Build trusted relationships with partners and collaborate across teams to bring partners end‑to‑end transformation services.
  • Construct the strategic vision, both short‑term and long‑term, for overall partner contracts.
  • Lead verbiage updates and recommend optimizations to contract structure and design.
  • Partner with legal and compliance departments to review, draft, and revise contract agreements.
  • Negotiate with vendors and clients on various contracts.
  • Ensure appropriate materials and services are obtained from suppliers consistent with cost, quality, and statement of work (SOW).
  • Facilitate internal contract approval processes.
  • Analyze change requests to existing contracts and approve changes or revisions.
  • Partner closely with the planning team and cross‑functionally with the broader VVO team to ensure partner contracts reflect language that supports our strategy and daily operations.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure contracts link with our financial targets.
  • Process SOW and POs to ensure partners are paid in agreed timelines and according to our accounting policies.
  • Follow up on inquiries from leadership and partners regarding contracts.
  • Ensure planning is completed in a timely manner ahead of contract renewals.
  • Excel in proactive communication to VVO leadership and partners regarding contracts.
  • Actively keep a pulse on market trends around vendor pay structures that drive targets and performance.
  • Convert data into meaningful storyboard presentations.
  • Showcase opportunities and pain points through market research, deep‑dive analysis with supporting data.
  • Operationalize and sustain processes that emerge from center priorities and other initiatives.
  • Adhere to a standard reporting, review, and communication mechanism.
  • Utilize design thinking capability to translate abstract problem statements into meaningful programs that can be executed to achieve organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with partners from multiple functions to drive org‑wide initiatives.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with contracts and/or legal documents.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% (including international travel).

  • Demonstrated competency in developing processes and managing relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing methods and strategies to continually improve processes.
  • Experience presenting and communicating to all levels of the business.
  • Customer Service Experience.
  • A high degree of analytical capability with the proven ability to structure business cases around a high-level strategic vision.
  • Strong strategic skills, with the proven ability to identify and assess key points, implications and recommendations.
