Job summary

NANA North, LLC seeks a seasoned Contract Manager to drive strategic contracting across aviation, construction, engineering, and security portfolios. The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of related experience, a Bachelor's in business or a related field, and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Supports contract strategy and drives implementation with internal team.
Assists in negotiations and administration for various contract types (Fixed Price, Time & Material, Cost Reimbursable).
Drafts terms for confidentiality and teaming agreements; suggests favorable pricing conditions.
Reviews proposed contracts, redlines changes to mitigate risk and improve financial outcomes; ensures regulatory compliance.
Prepares formal contract correspondence; ensures alignment with terms and management objectives.
Ensures compliance with contract policy; assists in improving efficiency and performance standards.
