Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field mandatory.
• Advanced understanding of contractual terms such as indemnity, warranty, performance acceptance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with data management systems (CLM, SharePoint, Word, Excel).
• Valid driver’s license with clean record in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Support contract strategy development and drive implementation of strategic opportunities with internal teams.
• Support contract negotiations and provide contractual expertise for various contract types.
• Draft terms and conditions for confidentiality and teaming agreements and pricing assumptions.
• Review proposed contracts, redline changes, and ensure compliance to mitigate risk and align with business strategies.
• Prepare formal contract correspondence and ensure conformity to terms.
