Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; 6–10 years of directly related experience.
• Understanding of contract terms such as indemnity, warranty, and performance acceptance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with contract systems (CLM, SharePoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Support Operations and contracts leadership in developing contract strategy and assists in driving implementation of strategic contract opportunities with significant impact.
• Supports contract negotiations and provide contractual expertise in implementation, execution and administration for various types of contracts (Fixed Price/Lump Sum, Time & Material or Cost Reimbursable).
• Draft terms and conditions for confidentiality and teaming agreements, pricing proposal conditions or assumptions; propose recommendations favorable to the organization.
• Performs reviews of proposed contracts and red-line changes to ensure compliance, mitigates risk and aligns with business strategies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepares formal contract correspondence and ensure it conforms to terms and internal management objectives.
• Ensure compliance with contract policy and procedures, assist in ongoing reviews for efficiencies and improvements.
