The role focuses on compliance with legal and financial standards while facilitating effective communication with stakeholders and customers. The position requires a bachelor’s or associate’s degree with related contract experience and a proven ability to work independently under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree with related Contract Specialist experience.
• 6 years of relevant professional Contract Specialist experience may substitute for education.
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts, and knowledge of legal, financial, and business practices related to contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in accordance with company policies and business requirements.
• Ensure contracts comply with legal, financial, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to support contract execution and performance.
• Maintain contract documentation and records in accordance with company procedures.
• Support contract lifecycle activities including modifications, renewals, and closeout.
• Communicate contract status, risks, and updates to stakeholders.
