Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola seeks a Lead Contracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements across the enterprise. This role combines contract expertise with cross-functional partnership to ensure drafting, negotiation, and administration align with risk and compliance standards.

The candidate will lead CLM platform usage, templates, and playbooks, while monitoring cycle times, renewal deadlines, and bottlenecks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
JD preferred.
12+ years progressive experience in contract administration.
Experience supporting high-volume commercial contracting operations.
Expertise and ownership of an enterprise CLM (Ironclad, GEP, LinkSquares, or similar).
Advanced understanding of contract structure and risk allocation.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
Manage contract intake, triage, prioritization, and workflow with stakeholders.
Develop and manage templates and ensure alignment with risk matrices and policies.
Oversee execution workflows and maintain contract records in the CLM system.
Identify and assess legal, financial, and operational risks in contracts and escalate deviations.
Lead as CLM platform power user; maintain templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks.
Track metrics like cycle time and renewal deadlines; drive efficiency improvements.
Mentor junior contract staff and provide enterprise-wide training on processes and compliance.
