Swire Coca-Cola seeks a Lead Contracts Administrator to oversee the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, drafting, negotiating, and enforcing standards across the enterprise. You will ensure alignment with risk and compliance, using CLM tools to streamline processes and templates.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Legal, procurement, and business teams, delivering training and mentoring junior staff to uphold enterprise policy and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• JD preferred.
• 12+ years progressive contract administration experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume commercial contracting operations.
• Experience with enterprise CLM systems (Ironclad, GEP, LinkSquares).
• Understanding of contract structure and risk allocation.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Manage contract intake, triage, prioritization, and workflow coordination.
• Develop and manage templates and risk-aligned policies.
• Oversee execution workflows and maintain contract records in the CLM system.
• Liaise between Legal and other teams on contract strategy and execution.
• Deliver training on contract processes, risk awareness, and compliance.
• Mentor junior contract administrators or staff.
