Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, or business preferred.
• 4+ years in operations across supply chain/logistics.
• 2+ years in direct store delivery (DSD)
• Proven leadership and people-management experience.
• Track record of managing warehouse/transportation budgets and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to warehousing, inventory, and distribution functions.
• Assess needs to deliver cost-efficient customer experience.
• Develop leadership within the market unit’s team.
• Identify process improvements with Sales and Supply Chain partners.
• Maintain customer connections to understand and meet requirements.
• Oversee logistics budget, plan development, and metrics reporting.
