Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies, part of the Safran Group, seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to lead negotiation and administration of complex agreements, partnering with program teams and leadership to manage risk and support profitable execution.

You will mentor contracts professionals, shape contracting processes, and provide cross-functional support across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. A strong background in aerospace contracts and FAR/DFARs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum seven years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Strong contract administration and risk assessment capabilities.
• Experience with FAR/DFARs; CPCM/CCCM or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the review, drafting, negotiation, and administration of complex client, supplier, licensing and commercial agreements.
• Partners with Sales, Marketing Program Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Quality and leadership to identify risks and develop solutions.
• Manages contractual matters through the program lifecycle including changes, amendments, claims, and delivery commitments.
• Leads complex negotiations and develops strategies to protect Greenpoint while maintaining client relationships.
• Advises leaders on contractual rights, risk exposure, compliance and commercial strategy with mitigation plans.
• Ensures terms flow down to internal teams and are tracked during program execution.
• Maintains contract records and improves contracting processes, templates, and tools.
• Mentors contracts professionals and supports cross-functional special projects.
