Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in aerospace contract management, strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in contract management within aerospace/defense.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracts administration team and ensure efficient contract management.
• Develop and implement SOPs for contract administration activities.
• Lead initiatives to improve contract management processes and systems.
• Train and mentor team members in best practices.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and other departments on contract issues.
• Prepare reports on contract status and performance to senior management.
• Directly manage select strategic customer accounts including quoting and backlog follow-up.
• Other duties as assigned
