Voyager Technologies, Inc. seeks a proactive Contracts Manager to lead contract strategy, negotiation, and execution across commercial and government-facing programs. This role requires handling FAR/DFARS environments and partnering with PM, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain to protect margins and enable scalable growth.

The position is onsite in Littleton, CO, with travel between sites as needed. Required: 10+ years in contracts, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong negotiation skills; NCMA

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Finance, Contracts or related field.
• 10+ years of contracts experience.
• Strong experience with commercial firm-fixed-price (FFP) contracts.
• Ability to negotiate complex agreements independently.
• Analyze and mitigate contractual risk.
• Work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own contract strategy and lifecycle from RFP to closeout.
• Lead negotiations with primes, customers, and suppliers on terms and pricing.
• Review solicitations; shape proposal strategy and contract structure.
• Ensure policy compliance, audit readiness, and proper flowdowns to subcontractors.
• Drive cross-functional execution with Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Legal.
• Travel to multiple sites as needed.
