Greenpoint Technologies in Washington state seeks an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to lead the drafting and negotiation of complex agreements, manage risk, and guide program teams through commercial decisions.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering to protect the company while maintaining strong client relationships, mentor junior staff, and improve contracting processes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree and seven years of contract management experience.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, contractual risk assessment, and negotiation.
• Experience with complex commercial agreements and negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead review, drafting, negotiation, and administration of complex client, supplier, licensing, confidentiality and commercial agreements.
• Identify contractual and business risks with cross-functional teams and develop practical solutions.
• Manage contractual matters throughout the program lifecycle, including proposals, changes, amendments, claims, and delivery obligations.
• Lead complex negotiations and develop strategies to protect Greenpoint while maintaining client relationships.
• Advise leaders on contractual rights, obligations, risk exposure, compliance and commercial strategy; develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure terms are flowed down to internal teams and tracked within program execution.
• Maintain clear contract records and improve contracting processes, templates, and tools.
• Mentor and support developing contracts professionals.
