Celestica seeks a Contracts Manager to draft, negotiate and execute highly complex agreements, including large global customer contracts often valued over $100M, with cross‑functional teams from Sales, Finance and Legal.

The role requires exceptional analytical, writing and communication skills, the ability to balance customer needs with the company’s interests, and leadership to guide junior staff. This is a remote position with travel as needed.

• Liaises with legal counsel and senior management.
• Advises VP GM Meta account owner and mentors junior staff.
• Develops extremely complex agreements with minimal input from leadership.
