Job summary

Partner Company in the United States seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the entire contract lifecycle, drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering commercial agreements. You will coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure compliance, manage risk, and uphold contractual obligations while supporting senior leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field.
• 10+ years in contract administration or management.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Identify contractual risks and ensure compliance with policies.
• Experience negotiating terms with internal and external partners.
• Proficient in CLM software and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage full contract lifecycle from drafting to close.
• Prepare and negotiate vendor, client, NDA, and supplier agreements.
• Analyze terms to identify legal, financial, and operational risks.
• Ensure contracts comply with laws, internal policies, and approvals.
• Monitor performance, obligations, deadlines, and milestones.
• Serve as primary contact for contract-related matters with internal/external parties.
• Maintain contract records and establish tracking and audit readiness.
• Present status updates and risk assessments to senior management.
• Develop, implement, and refine contract management policies and templates.
• Resolve disputes and determine actions for extensions/renewals.
