Job summary

Ascend Learning is seeking a Commercial Contracts Specialist to review, revise, and maintain contracts used in sales and services, including drafting and negotiating terms related to orders, pricing, invoicing, renewals, and payment.

You will work remotely in the United States, manage the contract lifecycle, respond to redlines, lead process improvements, and mentor junior staff on best practices in contract management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in contract administration and management.
• Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation principles, and contract drafting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with acute awareness of sales process and impact on top-line billings.
