Celestica Inc. seeks a Director of Contracts & Legal to oversee the full contract lifecycle, from drafting to negotiation and issue management. You will identify and mitigate risks in commercial and government agreements, while aligning business objectives with Celestica’s policies and profitability.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in U.S.

Formación

• At least ten years of experience in commercial contract law, U.S. law, FAR/DFARS, and government compliance systems.
• J.D. or LLB required or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements with strong risk analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, negotiate and manage commercial and government agreements including NDAs.
• Provide contractual guidance to business units and manufacturing sites.
• Interpret legal advice into actionable business practices for sales and finance teams.
• Make decisions balancing customer needs with Celestica’s risk and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Legal, Sales, Operations and Finance.
• Contribute to corporate contracts policy and regulatory compliance.
