Job summary

Celestica, a global technology leader, is seeking a senior contracts professional to oversee the entire contract lifecycle from drafting and negotiation to issue management and expiration.

You will identify and mitigate risks in commercial agreements to maximize profitability, working cross-functionally with Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance. This remote role requires extensive U.S. contract law expertise.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in commercial contract law including U.S. government contracting (FAR/DFARS).
• Experience drafting, negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts and NDAs.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and manage commercial and U.S. Government agreements and NDAs.
• Provide contractual guidance to business units and manufacturing sites with input from functional departments.
• Interpret legal advice and translate it into actionable business guidance.
• Balance customer needs with Celestica’s risk management and profitability interests.
• Integrate Celestica’s contract management policies across global sites.
• Contribute to Corporate Contracts policy and regulatory compliance requirements (FAR/DFARS/EAR/ITAR).
