Advantage Technical is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead corporate compliance and support commercial contracting activities. The role oversees contract intake through execution, helps mitigate risks, and maintains a robust compliance framework across operations and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Compliance, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in corporate compliance, contracts management, commercial contracting, legal operations, or a related function.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, business law, customs regulations, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with U.S. export controls, including ITAR and EAR, is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage the contract lifecycle from intake through review, negotiation, approval, and signature.
• Review and negotiate customer, supplier, vendor, and other commercial agreements, including NDAs, terms and conditions, and related contractual documents.
• Identify contractual and compliance risks and recommend practical solutions to management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable commercial, business, customs, trade, and export-control requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain corporate compliance policies, procedures, controls, and compliance management systems.
• Conduct internal compliance reviews and audits and coordinate corrective actions when necessary.
• Support compliance related to data protection, anti-corruption, confidentiality, conflicts of interest, corporate espionage, and ethical business conduct.
• Partner with internal departments to improve contract cycle times and ensure appropriate approvals and documentation.
• Develop and deliver compliance training for employees and managers.
• Monitor changes in applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards and recommend updates to company policies and practices.
• Maintain accurate compliance and contract records and provide regular reporting to executive management.
