Job summary

Sysco Idaho is seeking a Sales Support professional to assist Contracts and Bid Specialists by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining bids under the Master Distribution Agreement. You will coordinate with multiple departments to interpret contractual requirements and ensure accurate pricing and onboarding of new accounts.

The role involves developing item guides, reviewing promotions, supporting market analysis, and scheduling customer visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience supporting an AE (AC/CSR) in foodservice or similar role.
• 1–2 years outside foodservice sales preferred, with at least 6 months in sales or restaurant management.

Responsibilities

• Support Contracts and Bid Specialists: handle customer inquiries, credits, orders and related tasks.
• Create and maintain the Order Guide; coordinate new item requests with merchandising.
• Manage and support activities like inventory reporting and order guide management.
• Assist business development: schedule visits, review menus, and analyze market trends.
• Support customer onboarding, training and account set-up.
