Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook for daily purchasing tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry at high volume.
• Ability to review contracts and ensure compliance with corporate standards.

Responsibilities

• Review item movement to determine purchase needs and issue POs.
• Conduct daily inventory checks focusing on high-value or sensitive items.
• Process credits and returns promptly to minimize shrink.
• Coordinate with pricing, vendors and corporate to ensure PO pricing accuracy.
• Plan and source logistics to support customers and profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales to maximize inventory turns and reduce shrink.
• Maintain item data accuracy (COO, local origin, etc.).
