Job summary

Sysco Central California, Inc. is seeking a Sales support professional to provide direct support to Contracts and Bid Specialists.

You will assist in soliciting and maintaining bids, interpreting Master Distribution Agreement requirements, and coordinating with multiple departments. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, creating item requests, managing order guides, and supporting business development activities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience supporting an Account Executive (AE) in AC/CSR or foodservice.
• 1–2 years of outside foodservice sales; ≥6 months in sales or restaurant management.

Responsibilities

• Support Contracts and Bid Specialists with customer inquiries and orders before cut-off.
• Create and maintain Order Guides; request new items and LTOs.
• Manage order guides, inventory reporting, and related activities.
• Business development: schedule customer visits, menu reviews, broker visits.
• Onboard and train new accounts.
