Job summary

John W. Danforth Company is seeking a Contracts Administrator to oversee contract management from intake to execution across multiple regions. You will work with internal teams and clients to ensure timely reviews and compliance, coordinating insurance and bonds as needed.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities within a growing organization in the Northeast.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial contract administration.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Knowledge of construction contract terms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts through lifecycle from intake to execution for assigned regions.
• Review standard contracts, including AIA agreements, NDAs, and service agreements.
• Respond to insurance requirements and coordinate certificates of insurance and bonds.
• Prepare summaries of contract terms and support risk analysis efforts.
• Support contract revisions, negotiations, and document tracking activities.
• Utilize electronic document management and workflow systems for administration.
