You will partner with hiring managers, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and help strengthen the employer brand to attract high-quality talent. Serving as a strategic partner, you will provide market insights and talent acquisition expertise to leaders, ensuring compliant, efficient hiring processes and strong candidate

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR experience with a focus on Talent Acquisition; construction industry experience preferred.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms; iCIMS preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience reflective of Danforth's culture and employer brand.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions with hiring managers.
• Use ATS to manage recruitment activities and candidate data.
