Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join the People Team in Athens, GA. You will influence hiring by advising managers, guiding candidates through the process, and building scalable recruitment practices.

The role requires 5+ years of recruitment experience, familiarity with Workday, and comfort with data-driven approaches. Paradox experience is a plus. Compensation is $35-$45 per hour.
