CLEAResult is actively seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our People Team. You will apply talent advisement expertise, guide candidates through the recruitment process, and partner with business leaders to fill critical roles across the organization.

You will leverage Workday, data-driven methods, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience and alignment with equity and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Familiarity with DOT qualification requirements and related regulations.
• Ability to navigate obstacles in sourcing and recruiting at scale.

Responsibilities

• Execute a best-in-class recruitment process end-to-end.
• Advise managers and business partners on market trends and recruiting strategies.
• Partner with vendors and cross-functional team members to fill open roles.
