CLEAResult is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support our People Team in Georgia. You will rapidly advise managers, manage candidate flows, and continuously improve our recruitment processes in a mission-driven environment.

You will partner with vendors, Workday, and internal stakeholders to deliver top talent for a fast-growing energy and sustainability focus. This contract role offers competitive hourly compensation and an impactful team culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Experience navigating sourcing and recruiting obstacles.
• Fast ramp-up on Workday; Paradox experience a plus.
• Data-minded with understanding of labor market trends.
• Continuous learner and growth mindset.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate relationships with managers to source exceptional candidates.
• Execute and optimize end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Advise leaders on market trends and recruiting strategies.
