Job summary

You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, manage our contract management system Ironclad, and build efficient workflows that support a growing organization. The role requires strong drafting, negotiation, and compliance skills, plus the ability to partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, HR, Finance, and Risk Management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in contract administration and contract lifecycle management.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of business law, contracting principles, and compliance standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, edit, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts (service agreements, NDAs, vendor agreements).
• Maintain and manage the contract management system (Ironclad).
• Develop and maintain contract workflows for cross‑department reviews.
