Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in Contract Management.
• Experience managing complex projects with cross-border teams to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.
• Experience supporting compliance in regulatory, tax, trade, and data privacy policies.
• Experience drafting commercial terms and negotiating contracts.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with account leadership, client, commercial and business stakeholders to understand contract needs and priorities.
• Manage and mentor contract management team members and oversee performance management activities.
• Identify, escalate and resolve commercial risks and issues with leadership to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Support pre-award sales activities, deal shaping, and negotiate commercial outcomes with sales teams.
