Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a highly autonomous Contract Recruiter to support Crusoe's Spark project. You will own full-cycle recruiting for technical customer-facing GTM and business operations roles, partnering with senior leaders as a strategic advisor.

This six-month contract requires strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and compensation negotiation skills, with data-driven recruiting to meet ambitious hiring goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience focused on technical GTM roles.
• Proven ability to run senior and hard-to-fill searches end-to-end.
• Strong sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other tools.
• Ability to assess technical depth and customer-facing skills.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, including directors and above.
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced startup environments.
• Skilled in salary and equity negotiation.
• Data-driven with recruiting metrics and market trends.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical GTM, operations, and planning roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders as a strategic advisor.
• Build pipelines through proactive sourcing across various talent pools.
• Run intake sessions, structure interview processes, and design assessments.
• Screen candidates and calibrate the bar with hiring managers early.
• Conduct interviews, provide timely updates, and lead compensation negotiations.
• Manage high-volume, high-complexity req load independently.
• Keep ATS data current for leadership visibility.
