Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a highly motivated Contract Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruiting for the Spark project, covering technical customer-facing GTM, operations, and planning roles. The role demands autonomy, strategic partnership with senior leaders, and the ability to run complex searches end-to-end.

You will manage a high-volume requisition load, build pipelines across diverse talent pools, and design role-appropriate assessments while maintaining excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience focused on technical or technical-adjacent GTM roles.
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced startup environments.
• Ability to run senior and hard-to-fill searches end-to-end.
• Strong sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other tools.
• Data-driven, with the ability to use recruiting metrics to guide hiring strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical customer-facing GTM, business operations, and planning roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, not just an executor.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing into various talent pools.
• Run intake sessions, structure interview processes, and design role-appropriate assessments.
• Screen for the blend of technical depth and customer-facing skills and calibrate the bar with hiring managers.
• Conduct candidate interviews, provide timely updates, and lead compensation negotiations.
• Manage a high-volume, high-complexity requisition load independently with minimal oversight.
• Keep pipeline data, notes, and status current in the ATS for leadership visibility.
