Job summary

Crusoe Energy is seeking a highly motivated Contract Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for a broad range of roles supporting the Spark project. You will lead complex, senior-level searches and manage relationships with directors and hiring managers while autonomously handling a heavy requisition load.

This six-month contract emphasizes strategic partnership, proactive sourcing, and rigorous assessments to ensure hiring quality and speed, with potential extension based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years full life-cycle recruiting focused on technical GTM roles.
• Able to run senior and hard-to-fill searches end-to-end with limited support.
• Strong sourcing including passive outreach via LinkedIn and other tools.
• Can assess technical fluency and customer-facing skills in conversations.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, including directors.
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced startup environments.
• Skilled in salary and equity negotiation.
• Proven track record meeting hiring goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Data-driven with recruiting metrics and market trend knowledge.
• Experience maintaining documentation in an ATS.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Experience recruiting in data center, energy, industrial, aerospace, semiconductor, or heavy manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a broad set of roles driving the Spark project.
• Plan and strategize for technical GTM, business ops and planning roles.
• Run complex, high-bar searches end-to-end and manage senior stakeholders.
• Move active requisitions quickly while maintaining a high quality bar.
• Build pipelines through proactive sourcing across multiple talent pools.
• Lead intake sessions, design role-appropriate assessments, and structure interviews.
• Conduct candidate interviews and lead compensation negotiations.
• Manage high-volume, high-complexity requisitions with minimal oversight.
• Keep ATS data current for leadership visibility.
