Job summary

SHI International Corp. in Somerset, NJ is seeking a Contract Obligation & Strategy Analyst to collaborate with Optimization Coaches, document and update processes, performing data collection and analysis to support sales and marketing initiatives. This role leads long-term data projects and develops reports for special projects.

The Sales Support Analyst role, aligned with Public Sector strategies, ensures coordination between marketing and sales leadership. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, contract, sales operations, or analyst roles.
• Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting abilities.
• Experience with CRM software and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and implementation of contract management strategies.
• Identify and implement process improvements in contract operations.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, legal, and leadership to ensure smooth contract operations.
• Analyze contract performance using a CLM tool and manage partner onboarding workflows.
• Gather, organize, and manage contract data for analysis and reporting.
• Support negotiations with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Prepare and present information on SHI standard processes and tools.
