Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Contract Obligation & Strategy Analyst in New Jersey to document and update processes, lead long-term data projects, and generate reports for strategic initiatives across sales, marketing, and operations.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong skills in CRM, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Travel up to 10%! The position focuses on optimizing contract operations and aligning with Public Sector strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, contract, sales operations, sales support, analyst, or similar role.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events (10% travel).
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Familiar with Public Sector business and the proposal-to-contract process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement contract management strategies.
• Identify and implement process improvements in contract operations.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, legal, and SHI leadership to ensure smooth contract operations.
• Analyze and track the performance of existing contracts using a CLM tool.
• Manage the lifecycle of contract partner onboarding and flow-down processes within the CLM tool.
• Gather, organize, and manage contract-related data for analysis.
• Identify and mitigate potential operational risks in RFPs and contracts.
• Support negotiation processes with data-driven insights.
• Document SHI capabilities and standard processes.
• Collaborate on RFPs for strategic opportunities and monitor action items.
• Manage internal and external contract audits end-to-end.
• Liaise with Optimization Coaches to keep processes updated.
• Lead long-term data projects across groups.
• Maintain and improve reporting for resource allocation.
