Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 9 years of contracts negotiation experience.
• 3 years of management or supervisory experience or equivalent military experience (E4+).

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of business proposals to customers for growth of current contracts or new awards, ensuring FAR and CAS compliance.
• Lead contract administration staff to meet obligations and comply with government regulations and corporate policies.
• Act as primary negotiator for complex contracts and subcontracts negotiations and provide guidance on contract negotiations.
• Develop and maintain internal processes in line with corporate policies, FAR, and ISO standards; train staff accordingly.
• Oversee management of assigned business plans and reporting; advise management on policies to meet goals.
